The Business Development Lead (Defense) is an integral contributor to Rocket’s growth strategy, leading the expansion of the company’s footprint across specific Department of War (DoW) branches. This is a unique role that understands the technical nuances of Rocket’s projects as well as the broader defense environment, using that knowledge to identify and capture new business opportunities. The Business Development Lead will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Programs. They are responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with large defense primes and government entities to steer the pipeline for continued growth, ensuring Rocket maximizes the value provided to our defense partners while maintaining a healthy and robust business development pipeline.
