Business Development, Industrial Project
Job Accountabilities:
Customer
1.Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships
2.Landing new IP target customer
3.Respond to customer RFI, RFQ and Tenders
4.Manage customer expectations/needs/enquiries/complaints
5.Lead and monitor the execution and implementation of awarding projects, be responsible for project P&L
6.Understand and implement solutions to meet customer requirements
Head of Commercial
1.Work with commercial head to achieve the revenue and GP objectives.
2.Provide market analysis data to Head of Commercial to facilitate business performance review & evaluation
3.Support to devise, fine tune and implement overall strategy and directives
Other Functions
1.Coordinate with different departments to deliver quality service to IP customers
2.Maintain good communication and working relationship with others functions
Job requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in business or related discipline
2.Mastery of each link of project cargo transport
3.Mastery of project bidding process
4.Full fluency in written and spoken English
5.8 to 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in management role, preferably in shipping or freight forwarding
6.Good knowledge about DHL business and org chart
7. Good knowledge on international trade/forwarding
8.Good knowledge on multi-model transportation
9.Outstanding communication skill/Professional industry background knowledge/Self-improve and study capability/Mature personality and stable emotion control.
10.Good understanding of project / chartering sales knowledge
11.Good knowledge and resources in cargo market
12.Regular customer contact Customer information collection and database updated
13.Good relationship-maintenance/ building skills
