Business Development Executive - Environment Testing Service
Job Overview
Responsible for business development activities related to environmental services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Planning & Execution (to achieve assigned KPIs)
- Develop sales plans covering the full range of environmental services, from consulting to sample analysis.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities, including services in compliance with Vietnamese regulations (priority) and international regulations (reference).
- Monitor trends and customer demands to drive the development of new services.
2. Customer & Partnership Development
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients (especially industrial zones, FDI enterprises, investors, and international contractors).
- Expand service offerings to existing customer portfolios.
- Collaborate with industry associations, manufacturers, and event organizers to broaden the sales network.
3. Supporting Activities
- Perform cross-selling among Eurofins business units to increase market penetration.
- Participate in seminars, industry conferences, and events to promote Eurofins-ETM’s services and brand.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Department Head or Business Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development and sales in the environmental sector; a technical background in environmental science is an advantage.
- Honest, proactive, and willing to take on challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- English communication and ability to read/understand technical documents (advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
