Located on major routes near convenient amenities, Superchargers keep our customers charged when they are away from home. Tesla is seeking a high-performing Business Development professional to drive Commercial Charging sales across Central Europe. You will lead the sale of Tesla’s high-power charging products, including Supercharger and Heavy Duty Charging, to major partners such as charge point operators, real estate owners, retail companies, and other customers. You’ll be driving the execution of a programme that is making EV charging more accessible, affordable, and dependable for all drivers, backed by Tesla’s industry-leading hardware and software. Success requires grit, urgency, and a high-energy, hands-on approach. You’ll be empowered to move fast, course-correct quickly, and deliver meaningful results. Onsite in Munich, Germany.

  • Drive ambitious growth in Commercial Charging sales across key accounts in Central Europe
  • Identify and close new deals, grow existing relationships, and unlock more volume across your accounts
  • Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline across a wide array of customer sectors
  • Conduct market analysis and commercial benchmarking to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Deliver real-world insights from the field to help shape product improvements and unlock new demand
  • Develop impactful marketing and sales materials to support partner success and represent Tesla at events
  • 2+ years of experience managing sales pipelines or equivalent experience
  • A gritty, high-energy, no-ego Developer who thinks from first principles, moves with urgency, owns outcomes, and thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
  • Strong knowledge of the European EV charging market preferred
  • Fluency in German and English required
  • Fluency in Polish, Czech, Hungarian, French, Italian languages preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Intrinsically motivated and outspoken about what is needed to complete tasks and exceed goals
  • Willingness to travel extensively on a regular basis (2–3 days per week on average, including overnight stays)
  • A valid driver's licence
