1. Market Research & Competitor Intelligence
  • Conduct comprehensive market assessments, including demand supply analysis, industry trend tracking, and competitive benchmarking across target geographies.
  • Evaluate hotel performance indicators, tourism dynamics, macroeconomic factors, and market opportunities to inform business development strategies.
  • Develop insightful analytical reports, dashboards, and market intelligence summaries to support asset management and strategic decision-making.
2. Financial Modeling & Business Case Development
  • Build detailed financial models covering partnerships, operator assessments, feasibility studies, and investment proposals.
  • Perform scenario modelling, ROI evaluation, NPV/IRR calculations, cash flow forecasting, and sensitivity analysis to assess project viability.
  • Support the Lead Business Development in preparing investment memos, business cases, and strategic evaluation presentations.
3. Deal Assessment & Structuring Support
  • Assist in evaluating operator proposals, including management contracts, franchise agreements, lease structures, and alternative partnership models.
  • Contribute to the structuring of deals that align with the company s strategic, commercial, and financial objectives.
  • Benchmark operator performance, commercial terms, fee structures, and assess their impact on long-term asset returns.
4. Proposal Development & Documentation
  • Prepare high-quality pitch decks, financial summaries, opportunity proposals, and partnership evaluation documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, commercial, and operations to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
  • Ensure clarity, precision, and strategic alignment in all documents prepared for leadership review and external partners.
5. Support in Commercial Negotiations
  • Analyze commercial terms, financial implications, and risk return outcomes to support negotiations with operators and strategic partners.
  • Provide benchmarking insights, analytical assessments, and data-driven recommendations during negotiation discussions.
  • Track commercial commitments, performance KPIs, and financial obligations to ensure effective governance and compliance post-deal.
6. Portfolio Performance Monitoring
  • Support monitoring of hospitality asset performance, including revenue trends, cost drivers, operator efficiency, and contractual compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for commercial enhancement and operational improvements across the portfolio.
  • Prepare periodic portfolio performance reports and strategic insights for senior leadership.
