- Support the Product Manager in translating product strategy into structured requirement backlogs and execution-ready inputs.
- Participate in problem discovery, feature shaping, and business process analysis for WMS capabilities.
- Analyze customer and operational pain points to identify product gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Use data and workflow understanding to support prioritization discussions and roadmap refinement.
- Contribute insights on feature adoption, usage behavior, and process bottlenecks to guide better product decisions.
- Write detailed business requirements, user stories, functional flows, process maps, use cases, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Independently drive requirement discussions with stakeholders and bring structure to ambiguous business needs.
- Review workflows and ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned to intended business outcomes.
- Support definition of non-functional requirements such as usability, performance, scalability, auditability, and reliability.
- Participate in API review discussions and define business requirements for validations, mappings, status flows, exceptions, and operational behavior.
- Work closely with Engineering and QA during development and testing to clarify requirements and resolve open questions.
- Ensure requirement traceability from business problem to delivered solution.
- Work as a strong independent contributor within the product team and take ownership of assigned modules or workstreams.
- Support the Product Manager in maintaining requirement quality, follow-up discipline, and execution governance.
- Help junior team members or cross-functional stakeholders understand workflows, business rules, and documentation standards where needed.
- Drive assigned deliverables proactively without dependency on constant direction.
- Use Mixpanel or Tableau or Pendo, and related tools to analyze product usage, feature adoption, customer behavior, and workflow performance.
- Build dashboards and structured views to support product reviews, decision-making, and opportunity identification.
- Measure key trends such as user drop-offs, adoption patterns, operational bottlenecks, and release impact.
- Support the Product Manager in defining and tracking success metrics for key product initiatives.
- Use data to support recommendations for product enhancement, UX improvements, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure roadmap outcomes create measurable value for customers and internal teams.
- Use data and operational insights to identify gaps, prioritise fixes, and improve product performance.
- Work with customers and partners to understand requirements, pain points, and business processes.
- Manage senior stakeholder communication with clarity, structure, and confidence.
- Drive decision-making across competing priorities, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs.
- Partner with internal product teams across OMS, Integration, and Parcel Tracking to ensure end-to-end integration consistency.
- Work with Sales, KAM, Implementation, Engineering, QA, Product Marketing and Marketing to ensure a successful adoption of integration being built and user.
- Engage with customers and warehouse stakeholders to understand pain points, business processes, and improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain product documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, technical requirement notes, release notes, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, self-help content, and user guidance materials.
- Support creation of user guides, training content, API documentation inputs, and knowledge base materials.
- Ensure documentation is structured, updated, and easy to consume across teams.
- Participate in training sessions, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and customers where needed.
- Build strong reference material for workflows, business rules, and system behavior.
- Support customer UAT planning and execution for strategic integration releases.
- Ensure requirements are testable and customer acceptance scenarios are clearly defined.
- Work with implementation, QA, and customer teams to address UAT feedback and close gaps before launch.
- 4–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or product-oriented functional roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong experience in writing business requirements, user stories, workflows, functional specifications, use cases, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Proven ability to work independently and drive requirement analysis with minimal direction.
- Strong hands-on understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and warehouse operations.
- Good domain knowledge across inbound, outbound, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and warehouse productivity workflows.
- Experience using analytics and product insight tools such as Mixpanel, Tableau, Pendo, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze feature adoption, user journeys, drop-offs, workflow friction, and operational/product usage metrics.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, QA, Delivery, Support, and Customer Success teams.
- Ability to participate effectively in API requirement discussions, business rule definition, and non-functional requirement analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate requirements clearly and crisply.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder coordination, prioritization, and problem-solving ability.
- Hands-on experience using Aha!, Jira, and Confluence or equivalent collaboration/documentation tools.

- 2+ Experience in eCommerce, logistics, supply chain, or B2B SaaS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in SaaS, supply chain technology, logistics technology, or warehouse operations products is preferred.
- Exposure to adjacent systems and advanced warehouse ecosystems such as:
- TMS
- Labour Management Systems
- Robotics / AMR
- Yard & Dock Management
- WES / WCS
- Exposure to warehouse automation, control systems, and enterprise integrations is good to have.
- Experience working with global customers, multi-warehouse environments, or large-scale implementations is an advantage.
- Prior warehousing domain experience through product, consulting, operations, or implementation roles will be an added advantage.
- Certifications in Scrum/Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Advanced understanding of business process analysis.
- Expertise with APIs, XMLs and JSONs.
