Business analyst with SQL

BA's with SQL exp.
Need a good mixture of a Technical and functional BA.
Needs to be able to pull complex queries and do analysis
Capital Markets is a PLUS (this would stand out greatly on a resume.
STRONG SQL
- their database has over 600 tables and thousands of data elements.
Needs to be able to write BRD's & FSD's with requirements gathering.

Looking for local candidates only with 5-6 years of experience on W2
