Business Analyst Team Lead

  • Translate ETRM / Endur requirements into actionable project backlogs
  • Align with Head of IT Operations on L2and L3 backlog integration
  • Facilitate project prioritization and stakeholder sessions
  • Support project delivery by clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Define and promote BA best practices and delivery methods
  • Manage and mentor a team of BAs, ensuring quality and consistency
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis within energy trading or financial markets
  • Strong knowledge of ETRM systems (Endur preferred) and trading lifecycle processes
  • Proven experience leading business analysis activities across multiple projects
  • Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Experience with Agile delivery methods and backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
  • Exposure to system integration and data flow design is an advantage
