Business Analyst, Strategic Insights position responsible for understanding Revenue Cycle intricacies and initiating/co-driving project work to improve Yield. Ideal candidate has excellent communication, analytical skills, and ability to think critically.
Requirements
- Initiate and drive work streams of projects that directly impact the organization’s overall health via improved Yield.
- Proactively monitor team’s book of business outcomes and findings through data analytics and/or trend analysis and root cause analysis.
- Meet with project teams on an ongoing basis, facilitate project team next steps through data driven findings on a facilitator and/or (data) analytical support level.
- Meet with business partners regularly and impacted teams to maintain relationships with, and provide high level updates and results to on initiatives.
- Ad hoc data analytics and deep dive requests.
