Business Analyst – Risk & Compliance Tribe

In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology in Danske Bank, helping to develop and implement digital solutions that strengthen our compliance framework. By ensuring robust controls and effective measures against financial crime, you will play a key role in enabling Danske Bank in upholding integrity and trust as the largest financial institution in Denmark.

You will be joining a team of creative, thoughtful, driven individuals who value transparency and meaningful impact.

What you will spend your time on

• Transform complex information into clear, structured insights, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

• Develop business cases that are compelling, concise, and focused on driving meaningful results.

• Leverage tools like Jira to bring transparency, organisation, and efficiency to ongoing projects.

• Manage essential reporting and administrative tasks with a proactive mindset, always seeking innovative ways to optimise processes.

Who we are looking for

Must-have:

• Proactive mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve, streamline, and add value.

• Team-oriented attitude, understanding that no task is too big or too small when working together to achieve shared goals.

• Solid experience as a generalist in complex environments.
• Ability to challenge requirements respectfully and logically.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding IT as a business valuable enabler.

Nice to have:

• Experience in third-party risk management, compliance, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or similar

• Knowledge of design thinking or behavioural design
