Business Analyst Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• 
  • Delivery Management encompassing Requirement to Go-Live.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project implementation plans in alignment with project goals and
  objectives.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance to Business Outcomes envisaged from the Project.
  • Regular Cadence and Reporting with Sr. Management & project sponsors.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure project goals are met.
  • Drive Adoption & customer Satisfaction
  • Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for project team members
  in alignment with individual and organizational growth objectives.
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of BFSI domain knowledge with expertise in requirement gathering, gap analysis, BRD/FRD preparation, SRS creation.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team handling.
