Business Analyst (IAM)
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for identity lifecycle and access management features.
- Support preparation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and validation with business stakeholders under guidance of senior analysts.
- Help translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with architects and technical teams.
- Create and maintain user stories, Epics, and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Serve as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for McDonald’s custom IAM application and IAM concepts.
- Coordinate with development teams and business during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
- Assist QA/testing teams in defect analysis and resolution.
- Maintain clear communication and follow-up on deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (Identity lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, MFA, consent management).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to coordinate across business and technical teams.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for user story and feature management.
- Familiarity with ASP.Net applications and Azure platform (no coding required).
- Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint or Saviynt is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID, Virtual Directory Services (VDS)
- Knowledge of identity provisioning workflows.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
