Danske Invest Management A/S (DIMA), a subsidiary of Danske Bank A/S, operates as an integral component of Asset Management, providing investment management services in Denmark and Luxembourg. We are now looking for a dedicated and open-minded Business Analyst for our Fund Digitalization- and Valuation function in the Fund Manufacturing business unit. The unit has 21 professionals: 14 based in Denmark and 7 based in Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities 
We are seeking a business analyst with strong programming skills who wants to build asset management domain expertise. You will modernise legacy workflows, align processes with Group- and regulatory standards, deliver scalable and well-controlled solutions and act as a change ambassador.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Map, analyse and optimise end-to-end processes, including creating clear artefacts such as process maps, user stories and technical documentation  
  • Design and build automation using Python and Microsoft Office tools (primarily Power BI (M Query) and Excel)
  • Create scripts and dataflows that integrate with standard Group platforms
  • Improve data quality, lineage and controls through resilient process design and documentation
  • Collaborate with operations, IT and Risk Management to deliver change safely, including system implementation, testing and change management

Who are we looking for? 
We are seeking a candidate with strong Python skills and proficiency with Power BI (M Query) and Excel. You have experience in building automations, dashboards or tools that improve operational efficiency in Microsoft 365 and you are preferably familiar with Power Apps, Power Automate or Microsoft Copilot.

You are curios and able to learn complex business domains quickly and have a structured approach to problem solving with attention to detail and controls. Clear communication skills are essential as you will translate between business and technology stakeholders.

You bring a collaborative mindset and willingness to own outcomes end-to-end. Prior exposure to financial services or an interest in investment products and regulations is beneficial.
