- Translate high level business and game concepts into clear, structured technical specifications.
- Analyse game scripts and requirements, identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing details, and consolidate them into actionable clarifications.
- Facilitate requirement related discussions with the Game Studio and internal development teams.
- Create and maintain documentation for new and existing features, processes, and workflows.
- Support the full software development cycle by collaborating closely with the Project Manager and developers.
- Manage and refine the backlog together with the Project Manager, ensuring clarity and priority alignment.
- Perform solution validation, ensuring requirements have been implemented correctly and align with business needs.
Components for success. You...
- Bring 2–3+ years of Business Analysis experience in a product / technological development company with international exposure.
- Possess strong communication skills, with an Upper-Intermediate level in English (both written and spoken).
- Are skilled in requirement gathering, structured documentation, and analytical thinking.
- Are familiar with Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
