General Summary:
The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. This individual works in partnership with cross-functional teams to coordinate, document, and define project scope and requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides support to cross-functional teams, with close attention to detail
- Research, analyzes, and documents findings
- May influence others within the Project Management team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices
- Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies
- Documents and distributes new or revised processes and procedures that result from project efforts
- Works with stakeholders and requestors to provide recommendations on the next steps in project or objective
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
- Works independently on projects and processes with general supervision
- Possesses a practical knowledge of project management typically obtained through advanced education and/or work experience
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per ConnectWise requirements
- Strong analytical, people, and documentation skills
- Knowledge of relational database concepts, and the client-server concept
- Knowledge of financial analytic techniques and familiarity with financial terms
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of related experience
- Preferred: Experience in Finance or Marketing
Working Conditions:
- Remote or hybrid, depending on location
