Job Description:
Our client, a leading financial institution, seeks a Business Systems Consultant

Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design
Experience acting as a liaison between technical and business teams to manage build out and implementation of software solutions
Ability to gather information and create both business and technical requirement documentation, as well as drive the requirements process with both technical and business partners
Demonstrated experience with test case management.
This includes the ability to create test plans and manage deliverables against timelines.
Knowledge of marketing, lead and/or referral processes
Demonstrated experience working with ambiguity and building new procedures and programs from the ground up utilizing best practices from various areas and applying consistent solutions
Demonstrated success with collaborating and positively influencing both vertically and horizontally within the organization and cross organization
Demonstrated successful written and verbal communication skills.
This includes the ability to synthesize data to present information to senior level management
Demonstrated leadership, analytical, problem solving, documentation and organizational skills
Responsibilities include:
Within the Enterprise Data & Analytics Channels Sales and Marketing organization, this position will be responsible for analysis activities in support of the Multi-Channel Lead Management initiative.
The Multi-Channel Lead Management solution is focused on optimizing leads to the Community Bank sales channels through two primary vehicles: Multi-Channel Lead Management (managing leads with a focus on the customer and shareholder value) and Channel Targeting.
This position will entail partnering with multiple product groups, a marketing operations team, the Enterprise Business Services team and others within the Community Bank to develop an enterprise, multi-channel leads solution.
This position will be dedicated to testing.
The creation and execution of test plans and scripts, SQL authorship and execution, root cause analysis, and test data creation.
Time will be spent in the following areas:
30% Test case development: requirements assessment & data creation
20% Test case & requirements mapping
30% Designing test scripts (both plan English and SQL)
20% Test case execution and dash boarding results
