About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager with strong Buildium expertise to oversee day-to-day property operations for U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident in managing tenants, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring smooth property operations. This role requires hands-on experience using Buildium for leasing, maintenance, accounting, and tenant communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property operations using Buildium, including leasing, maintenance, tenant records, and reporting.

  • Oversee tenant relations by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

  • Handle the full leasing cycle including screening, lease preparation, renewals, and move-ins.

  • Coordinate maintenance requests, dispatch vendors, and monitor work-order completion.

  • Track rent payments, follow up on delinquencies, and support basic accounting functions within Buildium.

  • Prepare property reports, financial summaries, and occupancy updates as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with policies, lease terms, and local regulations.

  • Maintain organized digital files including leases, notices, invoices, and vendor paperwork.

  • Collaborate with property owners, tenants, and internal teams to support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US property management.

  • Strong hands-on experience using Buildium (leasing, maintenance, accounting, reporting).

  • Solid understanding of U.S. property management processes.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties or tasks.

  • Familiarity with leasing, maintenance coordination, and rent collection workflows.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.

  • Must have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation.
