Your Mission: Join ClearPoint as a Building Technician where you will be responsible for the quality repairs and maintenance for a portfolio of properties. The portfolio is a small yet growing Real Estate portfolio consisting of commercial offices, mixed use, and residential locations on the Eastern Shore of MD with various tenants. Collaborate with leadership to assist in the improvement of the building operations through performing quality repairs, improvements, and preventative maintenance. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/tenants/etc to ensure the buildings achieve high quality standards and improve their surrounding communities.
