Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a full-time Building Engineer II to join our team at our luxury association, Savina, located in San Diego.
The Building Engineer II is responsible for overseeing all aspects of building maintenance and repairs at the assigned property. This role involves developing maintenance strategies and ensuring the building's systems and equipment operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.
Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 Per Hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday; 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM
