Support customer design, Debug and troubleshooting in the related DDR/Storage/filesystem issue including LPDDR4x, LPDDR5/5x, UFS/eMMC/SDcard from different vendors Provides timely and accurate answers to complex customer inquiries. Work in cross-function and multi-national team to provide consistent support to customers on reference design implementation and troubleshooting. Work with teams to review/scope/debug customer's request and features on DDR/storage part. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience. - Understanding signal and power integrity Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with debugging techniques.
