BRIM Convergent Invoicing Functional Consultant

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a BRIM Convergent Invoicing Functional Consultant to support the design and implementation of SAP BRIM solutions, with a strong focus on Convergent Invoicing processes. This role requires hands-on experience across end-to-end BRIM functional processes and data flows, contributing to billing and invoicing solutions that support both usage-based and recurring billing models.

What you will do:

• Configure and support SAP Convergent Invoicing processes within BRIM implementations.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Support end-to-end billing and invoicing processes including billing requests, invoicing, and posting.
• Manage configuration and execution of BITs and CITs within Convergent Invoicing.
• Define and maintain bill cycles, posting areas, and invoicing offsetting processes.
• Support FICA postings and revenue accrual processes in alignment with financial requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless data flow across BRIM components.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of invoicing solutions.
• Provide functional support across multiple BRIM CI project implementations.

• Demonstrated 8 to 9 years of experience with hands-on SAP Convergent Invoicing implementation expertise.
• Proven understanding of end-to-end BRIM functional processes and data flows.
• Experience delivering at least two to three projects within the BRIM Convergent Invoicing area.
• Strong knowledge of Convergent Invoicing components including BITs, CITs, billing, invoicing, posting areas, bill cycles, and invoicing offsetting.
• Demonstrated understanding of usage-based and recurring billing scenarios.
• Working knowledge of FICA configuration and associated financial processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and system configurations.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills.
• BRIM certification is advantageous.
