Brand Ambassador & Retail Trainer

About the role We are seeking an experienced **Brand Ambassador and Retailer Trainer** to represent Sage Appliances. This role combines in-depth coffee knowledge, strong training skills, and a passion for inspiring others. You will be the face of Sage in retail environments and with our coffee partners, helping us strengthen our reputation as a leading coffee company. Key responsibilities include * Delivering engaging training sessions for retailer store staff to build confidence and expertise in Sage’s coffee machines. * Acting as a brand ambassador by representing Sage Appliances at events, retailer activations, and coffee community gatherings. * Supporting and inspiring partner roasters, ensuring they can successfully showcase and sell Sage machines. * Providing hands-on demonstrations and guidance to elevate the customer and partner experience. * Building strong relationships with retail teams, roasters, and key coffee community stakeholders. * Staying up to date with specialty coffee trends and translating them into relevant insights for training and brand storytelling. * Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful retail presence.
