What you will be doing:

• Support servers in delivering exceptional breakfast service in line with Forbes Five-Star standards
• Assist with table service, including delivering food and beverages, clearing tables, and resetting for new guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
• Anticipate guest and team needs, providing proactive and timely support
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen, and leadership to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain knowledge of menu items to confidently assist guests when required
• Follow all health, safety, and service standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including set-up and breakdown of breakfast service
• Other duties assigned

Located in the heart of Vancouver at Fairmont Pacific Rim, you will be part of a dynamic Food & Beverage team delivering exceptional daytime dining experiences. From early morning breakfast to vibrant brunch and lunch service, our team creates a welcoming, energetic, and elevated atmosphere for our guests.

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is an asset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
• Valid Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
