Breakfast Commis
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering high-quality breakfast service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of breakfast dishes, including hot and cold items
- Set up and manage breakfast efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef
- Good knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Understanding of food safety standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A positive attitude and passion for hospitality

Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
