What you will do:
Work on-site with UK and US healthcare clients to perform deep technical discovery and identify high-impact AI opportunities.
Design, build, and deploy custom AI/LLM integrations using TypeScript and React that solve specific operational healthcare challenges.
Partner with the internal product team to translate successful client-specific builds into scalable, productized features for the broader platform.
The ideal candidate:
3+ years of professional experience with TypeScript and React, including a proven track record of shipping production-grade AI/LLM integrations.
Demonstrates "Forward Deployed DNA"—comfortable with ambiguity, frequent travel, and working independently to bridge the gap between clients and code.
Possesses high agency and ownership, thriving in a culture where you are expected to see issues, feel the rage at inefficiency, and build solutions.
