Expert Project Manager - Operational Transformation

To reach that goal, we have set up a Project Resources Pool to support our operational transformation. The Expert Project Manager that we are recruiting, will play an essential role in managing and supporting the operational projects to make that change happen in a sustainable way. Is this mission for you? The Expert Project Manager is part of the Project Resources Pool, that assists and delivers in transformational projects within our Mail Parcel Operations, both in the Operational Domains (for example: Sorting, Transport, Fine Meshed Distribution and in our central Centers of Expertise (for example: support in the operational product roadmap, conceptualise and implement operational models, ...). He/she will be flexibly assigned to support one or more transformation programs typically on rotations for a period of which can vary from 6 up to 24 months: Performing detailed analyses and content work together with key business stakeholders to drive the ongoing transformational projects within MPO. Monitoring and reporting on progress of the project(s) and program(s) to the management; Roll out the implementation of the initiatives and providing inputs when necessary, and challenging review the implementation if required; Identifying roadblocks issues and resolving them in an appropriate manner or escalating them to the management; Interacting with internal high-profile stakeholders and ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders in the business (in the operational field, the Centers of Expertise and across functional units).
