Overview

BPMO JXNQ Small Arms Landing Page (JXNQ 2026-25023):

Bowhead seeks to network with individuals currently working at the Naval Surface Warfare Center – Crane Division (NSWC-Crane) supporting the JXNQ Small Arms contract which has been recently won.

Responsibilities

Positions available may include:

Ammunition Technicians (multiple levels)
Systems/Armory Technicians
Illustrator (multiple levles)
Instructors (Small Arms)

Qualifications

Education, experience and certificates required will vary based on individual position requirements.
Previous/current experience supporting Administrative duties at Brooke Army Medical Center is highly desired.
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language as well as communicate effectively with all levels of employees, Government Representative, and outside contacts.
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
A valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record may be required for certain positions.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check in addition to US Citizenship is required.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
