Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
At Woven Care, we’ve intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we are both incredibly driven by clinical excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids after all!). We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our clinical team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable caseloads while supporting our team members and being truly collaborative on every case. We think this is what makes Woven Care such a special place to work and why such special people choose to work with us!
Woven Care has been serving families in Colorado for over 15 years. We are deeply guided by our core values and we pride ourselves on not just posting them on the wall but using them to guide every day decision making. We’re looking for new team members who are as passionate about continuous improvement, integrity, teamwork, excellence, and results as we are. If this sounds like you, we would love to meet you!
What Makes This Role Different
- Clinical excellence, not just compliance: We hold a high bar for ABA practice and give you the caseload size (up to 12 clients) to meet it
- True multidisciplinary collaboration: Direct, day-to-day partnership with OT, PT, and SLP on every case for true shared problem-solving
- Remote documentation: Work from home for notes and indirect tasks so your time in clinic stays focused on clients
- Schedule flexibility: Structure your day around your life when billable goals are met, no PTO required for appointments or personal needs
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families
- Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development
- Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child's care plan
- Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings
- Partner daily with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplines
Growth and Development
- Leadership pathways: We actively develop BCBAs into clinical leadership roles
- Mentorship culture: Regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team means you're constantly learning across disciplines
- Annual CEU reimbursement to support your continued development as a clinician
