Job Summary To provide instruction for non-credit Healthcare and Lifelong Learning courses. Principal Accountabilities Certified Clinical Medical Assistant • Instructor - Campus Wide • Faculty Support o Supply orders, o student questions/concerns, o NHA testing information to students with application codes, o Lab support, o Ensure students are registered for each section. National Healthcareer Association (NHA) • Coordinate with students and instructors for NHA access and module set up, • Troubleshoot technical issues, • Coordinate with NHA representative about any unresolved issues.
