BIM Engineer
Prepare and develop AutoCAD drawings and BIM models in line with project requirements, company standards, and BIM Execution Plans.
Liaise closely with multidisciplinary design teams to coordinate design information, support collaborative workflows, and ensure alignment across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Attend and actively contribute to design team meetings, supporting coordination efforts, resolving technical queries, and assisting with design development throughout all project stages.
Manage drawings and project documentation using Document Management Software systems, ensuring accurate version control, proper filing, and timely distribution of information.
Produce and update detailed technical drawings, including general arrangement drawings, reinforced concrete (RC) drawings, and construction details.
Develop, coordinate, and maintain drawing schedules and model information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of project documentation.
Support BIM coordination and clash detection processes to identify and resolve design conflicts prior to construction.
Ensure all model and drawing outputs meet required quality standards, project specifications, and project deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience liaising with design teams and attending coordination meetings.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with experience in BIM modelling, RC drawings, and schedules.
Well-organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage drawings and documentation accurately.
