Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for coordination and technical insight? At Polytek, we are looking for a BIM Coordinator to ensure the seamless execution of engineering projects through accurate modelling, technical alignment, and close collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you will do:

Draft and finalize BIM Execution Plans in collaboration with clients to ensure alignment and clarity
Build coordination models by integrating and translating both internal and external data accurately
Conduct clash detections to identify and resolve conflicts early in the process, avoiding rework and setting priorities
Monitor and close punch list items to ensure all project details are addressed before final delivery
Manage project documentation according to the BIM Execution Plan and ensure proper filing
Lead 3D reviews
Provide on-site support during construction, including inspections and coordination meetings
Observe and identify commercial opportunities to enhance client relationships and expand business
