This will include sourcing and interviewing candidates for roles at various seniority levels. In this challenging role, you will wear multiple hats working closely with the HR leadership team and the hiring managers to develop, organize, and maintain recruiting processes and initiatives. We are looking for a consultative and creative recruiter to help scale teams across EQB. This person will also own the hiring for our administrative and servicing roles across other business lines.
