Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor.
- Shift: between 6:00am- 10:00pm (must be flexible within these hours)
- Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automotive or Truck Mechanic

What will you do?
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support grounded in real‑world automotive mechanical experience.
- Assess the necessity, scope, and accuracy of recommended repairs based on industry standards and hands‑on experience.
- Ensure repair and maintenance work is performed appropriately and priced fairly.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through technical review and, when appropriate, negotiate repairs; document all savings realized.
- Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are technically sound and consistently followed.
- Maintain individual performance metrics at or above established goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support grounded in real‑world mechanical experience.
- Contribute positively to team morale and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
- Adapt to operational changes while remaining calm, professional, and solution‑focused under pressure.
- Maintain a professional image, strong work ethic, and accountability in a fully remote environment.
What are we looking for?
- Valid mechanic’s license 310S or 310T.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair
- Bilingual (English/French) required
- 5+ year’s relevant experience in a contact center setting (Asset)
- Post-Secondary Education (i.e. College diploma, Certificate, or Apprenticeship) (Asset)
- Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Asset)
- ASE certification or willing to obtain within established timeline set by ARI.
