Your next challenge: Identify, evaluate, plan and support the execution of BIL’s strategic initiatives as a part of the bank’s strategic plan Facilitate sessions/workshops to structure strategic initiatives with key business stakeholders across all levels of the organization Research markets, competitors, and macro events to identify potential trends and develop robust and concise analyses and recommendations Create reports, presentations and updates for the Board and Executive Management Perform other ad hoc projects as required
