Your next challenge: You will be responsible for acquiring and building relationships with new clients and intermediaries from Belgium. The position is based in Luxembourg. What will you do? Join a multidisciplinary team and participate in a growth strategy in a core market. Develop your business plan and use all the capabilities that BIL offers to gradually create your own client portfolio. Attend and coordinate events (seminars, conferences) as needed to develop your own portfolio. Conduct research to identify business opportunities with new clients. Build and establish long-term, trusting client relationships. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current market conditions to detect and/or anticipate potential business opportunities for clients. Collaborate across business lines to help you develop new business leads and ensure excellent after-sales service to guarantee client satisfaction. Use the internal CRM to track your business development activities.
