Senior Client Service Officer - position based in Zurich
You will join a small, dedicated team within Business Operations, delivering high‑quality services to both internal and external clients. As a Senior Client Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth client lifecycle management, from onboarding to ongoing data maintenance, while upholding regulatory compliance and operational excellence. You are also the subject matter expert for first Tax Control Specialist. You will act as a trusted partner to the Front Office and other internal stakeholders, contributing to the seamless delivery of client services and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the full client onboarding process for individuals and legal entities Responsible for maintaining and updating client static data in core systems Manage client documentation across the full client lifecycle and ensure proper archiving and record-keeping Own and represent the teams’ responsibilities, acting as subject matter expert and ensuring strong governance across FATCA, CRS, and QI controls, reconciliations, and exception handling Conduct and enhance L1 controls and reconciliations for FATCA and CRS reporting Monitor QI withholding processes and manage any exceptions that arise Act as the primary contact for compliance and external auditors Collaborate with Front Office, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve queries and expedite case processing Initiate and contribute to process improvement initiatives and support transformation projects, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
