About the Job:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bidding Specialist to spearhead the company's bid management process, focusing on government and large-scale institutional procurement opportunities. This role will be crucial in identifying new bidding opportunities, developing high-quality proposals, and ensuring compliance with procurement standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to enhance the company's competitive positioning in the bidding landscape.


Scope & Responsibilities:

Opportunity Identification:

  • Monitor government procurement portals (e.g., PhilGEPS) and other relevant databases to identify potential bidding opportunities aligned with the company’s products and services.

  • Evaluate requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and other solicitation documents to assess bid feasibility and strategic alignment.

Client Relations Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government clients, procurement officers, and key stakeholders throughout the bidding process.

  • Represent the company at industry associations, conferences, and events to enhance visibility and expand the network within the government sector.

Proposal Development:

  • Lead the preparation and submission of bids and proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all technical and commercial requirements are met as specified in solicitation documents.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information and documentation for comprehensive bid submissions.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all bid submissions comply with government regulations, procurement policies, and company standards.

  • Conduct detailed reviews of all bid documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.

Bid Follow-Up:

  • Track and monitor the status of submitted bids, providing timely responses to any clarifications or additional information requests from government agencies.

  • Manage post-submission processes, including addressing feedback and coordinating with internal teams to refine future bid strategies.

Reporting and Performance Analysis:

  • Provide regular updates to management on bid activities, outcomes, and market insights.

  • Analyze bid performance and win/loss ratios to identify areas for improvement and optimize future bidding strategies.
