·       Proficiency on delivering “SAP S4 projects/ Rise with SAP projects” with SAP Activate Methodology using Agile Sprints and report the project progress via sprints

·       Should understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly and able to foresee the likely challenges

·       Proficient in client requirements elicitation, investigating underlying causes and identifies short term or long term solutions

·       Project planning and mapping requirements of clients as well as different stakeholders, vendors, partners, service providers, sub-contractors

·       Proficiency in entire lifecycle of SAP systems encompassing setup, configuration, testing, maintenance, and support of SAP landscapes

·       Experience in managing medium to large projects or programs as per the quality standards, right from scoping, preparation of functional specifications till roll-outs

·       Proficiency in functionality and business process of service management and providing acceptable level of support to users in coordination with vendors

·       Insightful knowledge of business process analysis (As-Is, To-Be) and design, process optimization, cost control & revenue maximization from SAP system solutions using cutting edge technologies

·       Lead with demonstrated abilities in training & motivating large teams

Mandatory Skills

SAP S4 Hana Project implementation experience minimum 10 years.

Participated in at least 4 end to end SAP S4 implementation as Project manager

Business Japanese language proficiency (Native Japanese Level or at least JLPT N2 higher level)

Preferred Skills (not Mandatory)

 Business English Language proficiency
