What you´ll do Supports day to day administration of employee retirement and health and welfare benefit plans across NA (US and Canada) Monitors weekly integration files to vendor partners and makes updates as needed to ensure data accuracy Completes any weekly funding and reconciliation processes to ensure timely and accurate operations, researching and correcting errors Research and resolve monthly discrepancies to ensure accurate participant records in payroll and benefit systems Ensure data integrity across HR, payroll and vendor platforms through regular audits and updates Coordinate distribution of required participant communications Facilitate, track and support payment processing and invoice approvals Perform general benefits compliance activities, ensuring adherence to federal, state and provincial regulations Oversight of internally administered benefits with service center
