From navigating a new baby to understanding a complex claim, this role is at the heart of helping staff feel supported, informed, and valued.
In this role, you will guide staff through benefits enrollment, life events, open enrollment, and medical continuation with both accuracy and compassion — working closely with benefit partners and vendors to ensure benefits are administered correctly and advocating on behalf of staff when questions or issues arise.
