BDR
We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) with 3–4 years of experience in outbound sales and business development, specifically targeting the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline building within the Cybersecurity domain (Privileged Access Management [PAM], IGA, Secrets Management, and related solutions).
This role requires a self-motivated professional who thrives in outbound processes, leverages modern sales tools, and can effectively engage with decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Execute outbound campaigns via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and qualify potential clients in the US market.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Sales Engagement
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
- Understand client pain points and position cybersecurity solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting.
- Tools & Process Management
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Leverage Outreach for sequencing and automation of outbound campaigns.
- Use ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research and contact enrichment.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on cybersecurity industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer conversations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–4 years in a BDR/SDR role, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
- Outbound Expertise: Strong cold calling background with consistent achievement of KPIs (calls, meetings booked, pipeline generated).
- Tools Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nook, Lusha, Chat GPT etc.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with senior IT and security leaders.
- Market Focus: Prior experience selling into the US market with understanding of cultural and business nuances is a must.
- Resilience & Drive: Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and consistently push outbound efforts.
Preferred Attributes
- Exposure to cybersecurity solutions such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Secrets Management, Certifications Management etc, would be a huge plus.
- Track record of exceeding quota in lead generation and pipeline contribution.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and optimize outreach strategies.
- This role requires a candidate willing to work in the night shift (EST timezone).
