Requirements

• Plan, organize, and coordinate assembly work on the construction site in a timely and quality-oriented manner.
• Control execution according to the assembly manual and ensure a safe working environment through targeted training.
• Use modern digital tools such as tablets, apps, and AR/VR technologies for efficient communication and processing.
• Monitor material, equipment, and personnel costs, identify potential for savings, and document the daily project progress.
• Communicate professionally with customers, partners, and authorities and conduct training on the safe use of the facilities.
