Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess all of the following: Ability to: mix drinks using alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, AND perform simple arithmetic to calculate bills and make change, AND recognize and handle intoxicated patrons, AND recognize shortages of supplies and replace them as necessary, AND monitor and direct the work of other bar staff, AND meet state/local age requirements (18 years old) for the serving of alcoholic beverages by the start of employment, which is estimated to be 1/29/2026, AND physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
