Bartender
• Prepares guests' orders promptly according to standards and ensure they are served in a timely manner.
• Ensures bar maintenance and inventories are up to Fairmont Standards during the entire dining experience.
• Prepares the beverage, food, and supplies requisition and monitors inventory levels, shortages and supplies.
• Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of (one) 1 year of experience as a Bartender with a strong working knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines and spirits in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
• Sophisticated communication and outstanding and prompt guest service skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Micros or similar P.O.S systems.
• In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
