Brief Description: Polisher Operator / Inspector on the Turning Line
Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient operation of the turning line
- Setup and operating turning line polisher
- Setup and operation of turning line inspection equipment
- Disposition of product based on NDT and measurement results
- Preparation of production reports
- Packaging finished product per customer specifications
- Repair and Maintenance of equipment
- Performing equipment inspections
- Assisting throughout the department as needed
- Proven commitment to safety
- Ability to lead production operations of the turning line
- Able to operate overhead cranes and fork trucks
- Must be able to pass visual acuity test
- Ability to attain Level 2 Ultrasonic & Eddy Current certifications
- Understanding of the TCOS program and safety expectations
- Existing NDT Certifications or previous NDT experience
- Previous cold finishing experience
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and mechanically inclined
