Role Overview:
The Banquet Manager will coordinate and execute large-scale banquet events, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute banquet events according to client requirements.
Manage banquet staff and ensure high service standards.
Coordinate logistics, including seating, catering, and AV setups.
Monitor budgets and control banquet costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Handle customer feedback and service improvements.
Work with kitchen staff to ensure food quality and presentation.
Supervise event setup and breakdown.
