Application Support Engineer
To meet our current corporate needs, we are looking to bring to our team an Application Support Engineer
In this role, you will:
Monitoring and resolving open production issues at the 2nd level within designated timeframes.
Promptly initiating a "Problem" report when the root cause of an incident remains unidentified.
Conducting advanced troubleshooting for production incidents and problems.
Taking ownership of problem monitoring and tracking, with a focus on process improvement for recurring issues.
Reproducing incidents and validating fixes through regression testing.
Contributing to root cause analysis efforts to prevent future outages or quality issues.
Flexibility is key as this position requires shift work and occasional international travel due to our global clientele.
