Baghouse Operator

03/17/2026 Brief Description: The Iron Dynamics Baghouse operator is responsible for the operation, maintenance and compliance for all dust collectors, bin vents, and large module baghouses. This position comes with an increased responsibility for CEA project development, supply vendor engagement, and on-site contractor hiring/oversight. The Baghouse operator is a high visibility position with potential growth opportunities into mechanical maintenance and/or leadership roles. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate all down days, outages, inspections, bag changes, maintenance, and stack testing. Maintain the purchasing and project responsibilities associated with environmental compliance. Oversee contractors and interact with vendors. Complete other outlying area tasks as required. Engaged in TCOS culture and plant safety initiatives. Required Well organized, self-directed, motivated, and strong mechanical aptitude and experience, Preferred IDD process knowledge, Confined Space and Fall Rescue trained, and knowledge of Microsoft programs.
