Job Description Summary
The Background Verification specialist is an SME level role, responsible for supporting various operational aspects of the employee lifecycle such as (but not limited to) tasks related to Background Verification checks, onboarding, HRIS management, and employee record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports with HR processes, focusing on High Volume Background Verification Checks, BGV Document collection, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Assists with ensuring HR activities and processes are in full compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Receives detailed instructions to use HR data to generate insights, trends, and metrics that inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Works with HRIS software for data management, reporting, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS.
- Performs any other related task as required.
Required Experience:
- Strong experience in conducting end-to-end High Volume Background verification checks.
- Strong experience working with HRIS software and other HR-related software tools.
