Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Native PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap to build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, writing clean code, and collaborating with frontend, crossborders and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Core / Native PHP
• Design and manage MySQL databases, including complex queries, indexing, and optimization
• Integrate frontend components built with Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Build and consume REST APIs
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance and functional issues
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and reliability

Core Technical Requirements (Must-Have)

• Strong proficiency in Native PHP (Core PHP)
• Solid experience with MySQL (queries, joins, indexing, normalization)
• Hands-on experience with Bootstrap framework
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with AJAX & JSON
• Knowledge of RESTful API development
• Familiarity with MVC architecture
• Experience with Git / version control systems
• Understanding of server-side security practices (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF)

Additional / Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux server environments
• Basic knowledge of Apache / Nginx
• Familiarity with PHP frameworks (Laravel / CodeIgniter) optional but a plus
• Understanding of payment gateway integrations
• Experience working with third-party APIs
• Knowledge of basic cloud hosting (AWS / Digital Ocean / similar)
• Ability to optimize application performance and database queries
